Rally Obedience is a team sport for canines that is increasingly popular. One of the main reasons is that dogs of any breeds can participate and enjoy it! Since the focus of “Rally-O” is not upon the dog’s physical strength, your dog doesn’t necessarily need to be very athletic.

This type of training entails walking your dog through a course at a relatively quick pace, stopping at stations that feature signs. Each sign instructs the dog to perform a particular skill.

Rally Obedience training is mixes basic obedience with agility training. Thorough practicing Rally Obedience, he or she will learn how to perform commands (those that are typically part of obedience training) while also having fun. In contrast to agility training, speed is not a focus of Rally-O. Communication between you and dog is a main component of the classes!
